TMP Universal Journal of Advances in Pharmaceutical Sciences is dedicated to ensuring the fair and ethical handling of intellectual property in all aspects of publication. This Copyright Policy defines the rights of authors, the journal, and readers regarding the ownership, use, and distribution of articles published in the journal.

  1. Copyright Transfer
  • Upon acceptance of an article for publication, authors agree to transfer the copyright of their work to TMP Universal Journal of Advances in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  • The copyright transfer gives the journal the exclusive right to publish, distribute, and reproduce the article in any form, including print, electronic, and online formats.
  • Authors are not permitted to submit the same article for publication elsewhere without first obtaining written permission from the journal.

  1. Authors' Rights

  1. Plagiarism and Ethical Standards
  • Authors are expected to ensure that their work is free from plagiarism and respects copyright laws. Any instances of plagiarism, data fabrication, or unethical practices will result in immediate rejection of the manuscript and may lead to further investigation.
  • If plagiarism or unethical conduct is detected after publication, the article may be retracted and a retraction notice will be issued.

  1. Termination of Copyright Transfer

  • Authors may request the withdrawal of their manuscript before formal acceptance, and in such cases, the copyright remains with the authors.
