Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At TMP Universal Journal of Advances in Pharmaceutical Sciences, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair process for all authors and contributors. Below is our refund policy regarding article processing charges (APCs) and any associated fees.

  1. Article Processing Charges (APCs)

TMP Universal Journal of Advances in Pharmaceutical Sciences is a fully open access journal that does not charge any article processing charges (APCs) for publication. As a result, no fees are required for submission, peer review, or publication of articles.

  1. Refunds

Since the journal does not impose any submission, processing, or publication fees, there is no need for a formal refund policy related to payment. However, if there are any unforeseen issues related to payments or processing that require a refund, the following conditions apply:

  • Refund Requests: If any fee is mistakenly charged (such as for optional services), authors or contributors can request a refund by contacting the editorial office at ujpseditor@gmail.com within 30 days of the payment date.
  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will be considered only if there was a legitimate error in the charging process (e.g., duplicate charge or overpayment).
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.
  1. Non-refundable Fees
  • Any fees associated with third-party services (e.g., formatting, translation, or optional promotional services) are non-refundable once payment has been processed and the service has been rendered.
  • In cases where a manuscript is accepted or in the process of being reviewed, refunds related to fees associated with these services will not be issued.
  1. Withdrawal of Manuscripts
  • Authors who decide to withdraw their manuscript after submission or during the peer review process will not be entitled to a refund, as no fees are charged for submission, peer review, or publication.
  1. Exceptional Circumstances
  • In exceptional cases, such as errors on the part of the journal or technical issues, the editorial office may consider a refund request on a case-by-case basis. The final decision will be made in consultation with the publisher.
