TMP Universal Journal of Advances in Pharmaceutical Sciences welcomes high-quality, original research articles, review articles, case studies, and other scholarly contributions in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. The journal’s submission policy outlines the procedures, requirements, and expectations for authors submitting their manuscripts.

  1. Online Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted through our online submission system. Authors are required to register or log in to the submission portal to upload their manuscripts:

Authors must adhere to the journal’s formatting and style guidelines, which include:

  • Language: Manuscripts must be written in English, free of grammatical errors and typos.
  • File Format: Submissions should be in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
  • Length: There are no strict word limits, but authors should ensure that the manuscript is concise and focused.
  • References: Use a consistent citation style as outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • Figures and Tables: Must be clear, properly labeled, and submitted in editable formats where possible.

Authors are advised to consult the detailed Author Guidelines available on the journal’s website before preparing their manuscripts.

  1. Originality and Plagiarism

All manuscripts must represent original work that has not been previously published or under consideration elsewhere. Submissions are checked for plagiarism using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with significant similarity to other works will be rejected outright.

  1. Authorship Criteria

Authors listed in the manuscript must meet the criteria for authorship as outlined in our Authorship and Contributorship Policy. All authors must have significantly contributed to the research and preparation of the manuscript.

  1. Ethical Considerations

Manuscripts involving human participants or animals must comply with ethical guidelines, including obtaining informed consent and approval from relevant ethics committees. Authors must provide a statement confirming adherence to ethical standards.

  1. Declaration of Conflicts of Interest

Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the research, writing, or review process. This includes financial relationships, personal connections, or intellectual property concerns.

  1. Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the highest standards of scientific integrity and quality. Reviewers remain anonymous to authors, and authors remain anonymous to reviewers.

  1. Submission Confirmation

Once a manuscript is successfully submitted, the corresponding author will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of the manuscript. Authors are encouraged to retain a copy of this acknowledgment for future reference.

  1. Post-Submission Communication

Authors can track the progress of their submissions through the online submission portal. The editorial team aims to communicate decisions (acceptance, rejection, or revision) within a reasonable timeframe.

  1. Withdrawal of Manuscripts

Authors may request to withdraw their manuscripts at any stage before publication. Such requests must be made via email to ujpseditor@gmail.com and include a valid reason for withdrawal. Withdrawals are subject to the editorial team's review.

  1. Publication Fees

The journal does not charge any article processing fees (APCs) or submission fees. Publication is entirely free of charge.
